SALE & CLEARANCE MERCHANDISE 
There are NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS on sale and clearance merchandise.

UNDERWEAR, G-STRINGS, JOCKS & C-STRAPS 
There are NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES on OPENED underwear/g-strings/jocks/c-straps. 
Unopened underwear/g-strings/jocks/c-straps that are unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with original labels and tags intact may be returned or exchanged. 

ALL OTHER MERCHANDISE 
All other merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed with original labels intact. 

If you have received a defective item, please email us a photo of the item, along with your order number. If your item is defective we will email you a prepaid label, so the item can be returned for a refund/exchange.

Please be sure to reference your original order number.

Send a note and let us know if you need to refund or an exchange, let us know what you need. 

Refunds will be issued within 3 business days of being delivered back to us.
